I would recommend getting something like a Ninox Venator, Logitech G Pro or Dreammachines DM1 Pro S if you want and ambi, if you need an ergonomic shape go for the Roccat Kone Pure Owl-Eye or Logitech G403. The G600 itself is a pretty bad mouse to be honest. Laser sensor itself doesn't mean accel, just a specific type of laser sensor that was very popular at the time and is also used in the G600. There is also no substitute for dm'ing and mge'ing all day if you're not scrimming or pugging.
